PIKERUの線画は、誰でも描ける体験を広げるために公開しています。個人の創作は広く自由に、商用・再販はブランドと作者を守るためにルールを設けています。
1. 無料で使える利用
- 個人の趣味・練習・学習目的での利用
- 学校・図書館・非営利ワークショップなど教育目的の利用（クレジット「PIKERU / Sukeke Lab」を推奨）
- 本サイトのギャラリー閲覧、練習帳、探し絵、プリントの利用
- ご自身が描いた作品のSNS等への投稿（原データの再配布を除く）
2. 条件付きで無料の商用補助利用
- ブログ、資料、アプリの空き画面、プレゼンなど、PIKERUが商品・サービスの主目的でない商用利用
- 1案件あたり目安3点まで
- クレジット表記「PIKERU / Sukeke Lab」を表示すること
- 条件を超える場合、または判断に迷う場合は事前にお問い合わせください
3. 禁止する利用
- 線画データ（PNG等）単体の再販売・再配布・素材サイトへのアップロード
- 線画を主役にした素材集、スタンプ、塗り絵データ商品、テンプレート販売
- AI・機械学習の学習データとしての利用
- PIKERU / Sukeke Lab の名称・ロゴの商標登録、公式と誤認させる表示
4. 事前相談が必要な利用
- グッズ化（シール、アパレル、雑貨など）
- 広告・キャンペーン・ブランドのロゴ／キービジュアル利用
- 大幅な改変を伴う二次配布、継続的なSNS・印刷物でのブランド利用
- 上記以外で、線画が収益の中心になる利用全般

PIKERU illustrations are shared so anyone can draw. Personal creativity stays open; commercial and redistribution uses follow clear rules that protect the brand and creator.
1. Free uses
- Personal hobby, practice, and learning
- Non-profit education (schools, workshops) — credit “PIKERU / Sukeke Lab” appreciated
- Using this website (gallery, practice pad, Find-it, Print)
- Sharing your own drawings on social media (not redistributing source files)
2. Free incidental commercial use (with conditions)
- Blogs, decks, empty states, etc. where PIKERU is not the main product
- About up to 3 images per project
- Credit “PIKERU / Sukeke Lab” required
- If you exceed this or are unsure, contact us first
3. Not permitted
- Reselling or redistributing raw files (PNG etc.), or uploading to stock sites
- Selling asset packs, stamps, coloring data, or templates where the art is the product
- Using the art for AI / ML training
- Registering PIKERU / Sukeke Lab marks, or implying official endorsement
4. Ask first
- Merchandise (stickers, apparel, goods)
- Advertising, campaigns, logo / key visual use
- Heavy modification for redistribution, or ongoing brand use in print / social
- Any other use where the illustrations are central to revenue
